During September and to date, purchases of PHE's core equipment, including electric motors, data acquisition equipment, computers and the generator set, have been managed. We have been able to cope with the conditions of procurement of goods considering the current pandemic without incurring delays, but with a considerable increase in the costs of both equipment and transport costs. However, thanks to ANID's support, it has managed to balance budgets and optimise its procurement. The arrival of the VFDs, both conventional and regenerative, is expected for December 2021 and March 2022 respectively, and these are the last pieces of equipment needed to configure the PHE. In this regard, Professor Joel Pérez Osses comments that the parallel work being carried out during the execution of the project will allow the PHE to be ready to receive this last equipment and to meet the start dates of the simulations in the Laboratory.
